It is with great excitement that The Junior League of Bryan-College Station, Inc. (JLBCS) is hosting our annual Charity Ball fundraising event on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at The Hall of Champions at Kyle Field. This event is the largest annual fundraiser for our League, and we would love for your organization to be a part of this memorable evening! Your help will provide our organization with the opportunity to fund remarkable programs, which provide educational and charitable improvement to our community.
In order to make this event a huge success, JLBCS is currently seeking experiences, packages, services and/or items for the silent auction. By donating to the silent auction portion of Charity Ball, you and your company will be making a tax-deductible contribution that will help with projects and programs such as Stuff the Bus, the Brazos Valley Food Bank Backpack Program, the Boys and Girls Club Book Up Texas Program, and numerous others.
Additionally, with over 500 attendees expected at the event, your company is guaranteed to receive some excellent community exposure and advertising. Each donors’ information will be listed in the event program, and the merchandise, along with your companies’ name, will be visually displayed throughout the night.
