My name is Mary Stimson, and I am the President of Pi Beta Phi here at Texas A&M.
Recently, a dear member of our sorority, Carlie Aguilar, was diagnosed with Leukemia for the second time. Carlie is a sophomore Business student, most known for her radiant joy and unbelievable selflessness. As she is fighting to “BTHO” cancer, Carlie has asked our chapter to host a bone marrow registration drive at our chapter house. The Carlie’s Angels Bone Marrow Registration Drive will be held on April 19th from 1-5 pm. The event will be free to all members of the community who would like to learn more about becoming a bone marrow donor; stations will be available for anyone who would like to be swab tested by Be the Match. We hope to have over 300-500 registrants. Any opportunity to reach out to the greater community of Bryan-College Station would be so appreciated.
