Peace family, just in case you need it today, here is a short reminder that belonging to Christ is enough.
It’s easy to get discouraged, and to believe the lies of the world, the devil, or even well-meaning individuals who tell you things about your worth that might be nice, but that aren’t necessarily true.
Your worth is not determined by your marital status. It is not determined by whether you are able to have kids, or how many kids you have. It is not determined by who does or doesn’t love you, admire you, serve you, or follow you. It is not proven by what you do, what you make, what you drive, or what you spend. It isn’t determined by how you look, what you know, who you know, who you serve, where you live, or any of the thousand other things telling you that you aren’t good enough because you haven’t “arrived.” Your worth isn’t determined by others’ good or bad opinions of you, or the good or bad opinion that you have about yourself.
You are of infinite worth because you are made in the image of God, and He counts you as valuable, and His opinion is the only one that counts. The End.
