Peace family, if you are interested in having better health and making a difference, or if someone in your family loves horses, the Aggies have two special events for you this Saturday!
Hollie Burras took some time to tell us about the Health Hullabaloo, which is a community health fair and a 5K run. The race begins 8:30am in the morning, and all of the proceeds benefit Camp Kesem, a camp for children whose parents have cancer. It’s $15 per person to walk or run. For more details, CLICK HERE.
Hollie says the health fair will follow the race at the Texas A&M Health Science Center.
Also Saturday, Josh Gadbois, president of the A&M Rodeo Team, tells us that folks with an interest in horses are welcome to come meet a horse and find out more about horse-related programs at Aggie Horse Day! Josh says there will be local trainers, folks from local therapeutic programs, and even people who board horses.
It will be at Silver Horse Ranch from noon to 3pm.
