This Saturday, you can help a village in Guatemala gain access to clean water by participating in the Walk For Water!
Cassandra Soto says this Saturday, October 29, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, everyone is invited to come learn more about the need for clean water, plus walk the track while carrying water at Merrill Green Stadium by Bryan High School.
Cassandra says a billion of people have to walk an average of four miles a day to get one or two gallons of water, and this will be a fun and thought-provoking way to make a difference.
It’s a $5 minimum donation to walk with the water, or donations without walking will also be accepted by the Bryan High student council.
