Our theme this year is Strong Women Build Each Other Up.
This is a 2-day event: 24th and 25th. Friday night will be 5:30pm-8pm, Saturday 8-2.
Bring your swimsuit, workout clothes, exercise mat, and a friend. We are hanging out by the pool or staying cool in the AC.
This year, girls ages 8-12 can come with a guardian, and we will have special breakout sessions just for them. Ages 13 years and older will be able to participate with the adults.
