Texas Research Ramblers Genealogical Society monthly General Meeting is open to the public.
The Mesquite Hiram Bennett Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas will present a skit about Sam Houston and Santa Anna. Their dialogue is based on James Michener’s book “The Eagle and the Raven.” This trio from the Mesquite DAR group has performed this skit several times with rave reviews. You don’t want to miss it! Be in the Ramblero Cantina (AKA -Peace Lutheran Church fellowship hall) by 9ish that morning to get a good seat and have a little sarsaparilla! Bring a friend!!
The Texas Research Ramblers Genealogical Society meetings gather on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 9:00AM and begin at 9:30AM, adjourning usually by 11:30.
