Hi Peace Family! This Sunday, June 21st is Father’s Day and we want to take a moment to salute all Dads! Whether you are a father, step-father, grandfather, uncle, brother, cousin or anyone else stepping up to the plate to be a father figure we say THANK YOU! Many father figures can influence kids lives through coaching a sports team or working with the youth ministry at church. There are so many ways to have a positive effect on a child’s life. Some times it’s just by being there. By showing up.
Whether you get the credit or acknowledgement for that changed life is not as important as being there for a child. And the most important is that God knows your sacrifice and contribution.
So thank you, DADS! You’re presence does more to shape your child’s life than you know. We appreciate you and love you!
