Peace family, how special it is, that God isn’t limited to speak to us only through sermons! He is always speaking, all of the time, about his love for us, his greatness and his glory.
Over the weekend, although I had trouble focusing in church, God really touched my heart outside of church. Some of the ways that He did so were: 1) his creation, particularly all of the orchids at my house and an arrangement left over after my friend’s wedding, 2) reading Black Beauty for the first time, and all of the mentions of him and his character, 3) personal reading of the Bible, 4) ideas for a novel I am trying to write, and 5) listening to assorted songs by a Filipino praise band called Victory Worship (If you’d like to hear one of the songs I was listening to on repeat over the weekend, you can find “Lord of All” by clicking here .)
Peace family, what are some ways that God might be telling you that he loves you? What are some ways he might be reassuring you? What are some evidences around you, of his greatness and glory? Be encouraged to keep your eyes and ears open, and drink deeply of his goodness.
