Peace family, if you love tasty food, dressing up, and blessing teenagers, then there’s a fantastic opportunity to enjoy all of those things this Friday!
Youth pastor Laurie Naumann for Rivergate Church in Bryan, says that this year, the youth group is throwing a Masquerade Dinner to raise money for youth camp.
The dinner will be Italian, with spaghetti and meatballs, and Dr. Susan Quiring of Susan’s Ballroom Dance will be teaching several dance moves at the beginning of the evening. That will be followed by a mystery dinner theatre with a short mystery play that was written by one of the youth group members, and performed by the youth drama group at the church.
Laurie says the evening of fun begins at 6. Advance tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for children, or tickets at the door are $20 for adults and $10 for children. Masks are optional, but guests are encouraged to dress up in Sunday attire to formal ballgowns.
