Peace family, there’s a special event to encourage men coming up, and now is the time to register!
Patrick Kimes with Rock Solid Men’s Event says you might ask yourself, “What is a rock solid man?” It’s a man who is able to stand strong in the face of adversity, stands strong in his family, stands strong in his community, and stands strong with other Christians. When you know that Christ loves you, it makes it possible for you to love others, and that’s what it means to be a rock solid man.
The event will be comprised of five sessions; session one is “Diligence,” session two is “Faith,” and what you believe, session three is “Courage,” session four is “Restraint,” and how you prepare, and session five is “Love,” knowing that you are a child of Jesus Christ, and he loves you and is going to take care of you, no matter what you do.
The event will be Saturday, February 11, at Christ United Methodist Church, on highway 6 in south College Station, from 9am to 4pm, with speaker Ray Hilbert, co-founder of Truth at Work, nd a speaker for Promise Keepers.
Registration cost of $10 covers all of your materials, breakfast, snack and lunch.
