Peace family, we can provide kids with the dignity and confidence that comes from having a brand new outfit for going to school, but the opportunity ends soon.
A.J. Renolds says the annual Shop For CASA is a drive for new clothes for the children they are appointed to, who are in the local CPS and foster system. CASA matches donors to specific children, in order to provide a complete, brand new outfit for them for the coming school year. It ends July 31.
To get involved, go to the voices for children website at http://voicesforchildreninc.org/, and click on the link for “Shop For CASA.” Fill out a form, and you will be matched to a specific child and given the age, gender, and sizes needed. New shirts, socks, pants or skirts and underwear can make a big difference for a foster child!
Drop off to Voices for Children at 115 North Main, or the Citizen’s State Bank locations in Caldwell, Deanville, Somerville, and Navasota, and also at KBTX.
Monetary donations are also helpful and acceptable.
