Hi Peace Family! Jami here and after a long cold winter across the US I am happy to tell you the first day of spring is March 20th. Whoop! We made it through the winter. The first flowers to bloom will be the bulb flowers like tulips, daffodils and crocus. Also coming soon will be the Texas State Flower…the bluebonnet. Oh how I look forward to them every year. What a beautiful sign of the promise of spring. Watching our world wake up after winter should be a reminder of the faithfulness and constancy of God’s love for us. After a winter season in your life or family there WILL be a spring. Here’s wishing you a spring that is filled with promise and new beginnings and may the spring flowers you see around you be a reminder of that.
