Peace family, the Tri Aggieland Kids’ Triathlon is coming up Sunday, June 26, and volunteers are needed!
Kara Pinkerton says Race Texas, a local race company, has selected The Bridge Ministries to be its charity partner for this race. Volunteers are needed for stations or booths, transition areas, the swim course, water station, and even special encouragement positions.
Kara says that with a quick trip to the Bridge Ministries website, you can click and sign up for whatever volunteer area you are interested in, as well as time slot. Kara says time commitments range from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., with some ending at 9:30 or 10:00, if you are concerned about making it to a later church service.
Kids swim, bike, and run, and the distances are shorter than an adult one.
